Meadowlands Golf Club

Located just north of Myrtle Beach, Meadowlands features a number of unforgettable holes, bordered by peaceful meadows, inspiring hardwoods, and vast wetlands. The course’s 7,054 yards are artfully sculpted around pristine fresh water lakes and natural vegetation, just some of the features that lead to it being named one of the “Top Ten Best New Courses” by North Carolina Magazine when the course first opened. Meadowlands Golf Club also earned a spot on Golf For Women’s Top 100 Women-Friendly Courses.

Designed by Willard Byrd, there are several outstanding holes at Meadowlands but the 432-yard, par 4, 6th hole requires special mentioning. From the elevated fairway, to the pond that happily meanders down the left side of the hole, to the hidden water hazard that protects a raised green complex, the 6th hole at Meadowlands demands precision play from focused golfers. Just try to ignore all those scenic distractions!
