There is no substitute for quality, so considerable time and effort is spent in preparation, as many items are assembled from scratch. Their seafood is fresh out of the Ocean, caught by local fishermen and prepared just the way you like it. Chestnut Hill proudly offers a choice of several meats besides seafood, Veal, Chicken or Certified Angus beef®.

For starters, how about the mouth watering Oysters Rockefeller; fresh farm raised selects topped and baked with their spinach Rockefeller mixture and Hollandaise, or perhaps the She Crab Soup; a rich creamy soup with the finest crabmeat and some secret ingredients finished off with a dash of Sherry, prefer something lighter, then try their traditional Caesar salad, you can’t go wrong.

Whether you like it broiled, fried or blackened, their seafood selections are second to none, freshness is paramount in this much loved Myrtle Beach restaurant, while portions are generous. We recommend the Seafood Platter; delicately prepared oysters, shrimp, flounder, scallops, and crab, broiled or fried to perfection, the choice is yours.

For the beef lover, only Certified Angus beef® is served, all of their steaks are hand cut daily and are consistently tender, juicy and full of flavor. A favorite among Myrtle Beach locals and visitors is the succulent Prime Rib; house seasoned and slow roasted overnight, served with a creamy horseradish sauce and natural au jus. (Medium rare is recommended)

On the lighter side, how about the Chicken Breast Carmen; a ten ounce chicken breast, lightly dusted and sautéed, then coated in a chickenVeloute sauce, laced with a Hollandaise sauce, and then topped with fresh steamed broccoli, among the tastiest that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Veal selections include the Veal Marsala; Fresh, tenderized veal cutlets, pan sautéed with sweet Marsala wine and cream, and served with fresh sliced mushrooms, or be adventurous and try the Rack of Lamb Dijon; French trimmed and imported from New Zealand, a rack of lamb grilled over open flames and covered in Grey Poupon peppercorn sauce, served with a side of mint jelly,….. simply divine.

Seafood & Pasta Specialties abound, we suggest the Seafood Supreme; a unique combination of fresh steamed seafood, served over pasta of the day and finished with homemade marinara sauce, or the Seafood Coquille St. Christopher; a superb blend of scallops, shrimp, and crabmeat in a delicious seafood cream sauce with a hint of sherry and served over a puff pastry shell, absolutely devine. Another firm favorite, Lobster Tails; nine ounce warm water Lobster tails, half or full order broiled with a slide of drawn butter, or the Starboard Catch; a super selection of fresh fish from the Myrtle Beach coastline, sautéed, grilled, blackened, broiled or fried to perfection, your choice.

All entrees are served with a Vegetable and Potato du jour, a Fresh Garden Salad and Dinner Rolls. Choose from a variety of tasty sides, including; sautéed mushrooms, brandied, caramelized onions or pasta with Alfredo and so much more.

Complete your Myrtle Beach dining experience with one of their delightful desserts, only the finest ingredients are used and they are made from scratch, how about the Drunken Jack Pie;  an outrageous mixture of French vanilla ice cream, tequila, coffee liqueur and served frozen in a graham cracker crust, or the Fruit and Nut Cobbler; loads of pineapples, cherries & walnuts served warm and smothered with Breyer’s vanilla ice cream, or perhaps the Strawberry Shortcake; a large portion of oven baked traditional shortcake with fresh sliced strawberries and coated in a whipped topping.
